Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited, established in 1984, is a distinguished process and product engineering company based in India. We specialize in manufacturing of Thermostatic Bimetal /Trimetal strips, Components, EB welded products with multigauge, Cold Bonded Bimetal Strips and Parts. We also specialize in manufacturing of shunt resistors and silver & electrical contacts. Our precision-crafted components find applications in a wide range of industries, including electrical, electronics, automotive, agricultural, medical, defence, and industrial sectors. Our intellectual capital and deep expertise in engineering allows us to not only meet current industry needs but also anticipate future trends. Shivalik holds a pivotal position in the high-growth segments of Automotive, Industrial Equipment, and Power Electronics, where our electrical components define performance standards. 

Shivalik is one of the very few companies in the world which has the manufacturing ability to produce Hot Atomic diffusion Bonding and Electron Beam Welding of different materials and components thereof under one-roof.

Over the period the company has been continuously exploring various expansion/diversification plans and the possibility of joining hands with companies having expertise in the related field with global presence. Accordingly, Shivalik ventured into forming Joint Ventures and Subsidiaries, the details of which are as under:- 

Shivalik Engineered Products Private Limited (SEPPL)

Both the companies joined hands to pool their respective expertise, experience, and technical knowledge to operate a JV company in India to manufacture Electrical contacts. These are produced from the bonding of silver alloys with the base metals like brass and copper. CSCS has its world class manufacturing facility, based in Solan (Himachal Pradesh, India), using the latest technological processes to manufacture these critical materials and components.

Shivalik Engineered Products Private Limited (SEPPL) traces its origins to 2005, when the Company entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Checon Corporation, Massachusetts, USA, to establish manufacturing capabilities for Electrical Silver Contacts. As a result of this collaboration, Checon Shivalik Contact Solutions Pvt. Limited was incorporated in December 2005. 

In the financial year 2022–23, the joint venture partner divested its shareholding to Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited. Following this change in ownership, the Company was renamed Shivalik Engineered Products Private Limited, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited.

SEPPL is a specialized manufacturing company focused on the design and production of customengineered electrical contact assemblies for low and medium voltage applications. The Company is a key and trusted supplier to leading switch and switchgear manufacturers in India and international markets.

Shivalik Bimetal Engineers Private Limited (SBEPL)

Shivalik Bimetal Engineers Private Limited (SBEPL), incorporated on 27 February 2008, is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited. The Company strengthens the Group’s manufacturing ecosystem through specialized engineering, tooling, and technical services.

SBEPL is a specialized engineering company engaged in the design, development, and manufacture of precision press tools and tooling solutions for diverse industrial applications. Its capabilities include progressive tools, fine blanking tools, bending and forming tools, drawing and deep drawing tools, and customized tooling for complex metal forming requirements. 

Beyond tooling, SBEPL manufactures and deals in a wide spectrum of engineering goods and mechanical components, including machine tools, metal and steel products, automobile and mechanical parts, machinery, and allied engineering articles, serving both domestic and ainternational markets.

The Company also provides endtoend technical consultancy and engineering services across the manufacturing lifecycle, covering product and process design, feasibility and technoeconomic studies, detailed engineering, project support, and personnel training. Supported by modern design platforms and inhouse fabrication facilities, SBEPL delivers reliable, costeffective, and highquality engineering solutions to group companies and external customers.

Founded in 2008, Innovative Clad Solutions (ICS) was established with a clear ambition, to deliver worldclass product design and manufacturing excellence in the field of clad metals.
