He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduating with first division from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology & Science (B.I.T.S.), Pilani.

Mr. Ghumman began his professional journey as Chief Engineer with Tradax Gestion SA in Geneva, Switzerland, gaining invaluable international exposure. He is one of the promoter Directors of the Company and has been associated with its growth and success since its inception.

As a highly qualified and widely experienced technocrat, Mr. Ghumman possesses over 51 years of expertise in engineering, manufacturing operations, research & development, and product development. Under his dynamic leadership, the Company has undertaken numerous challenging initiatives, successfully implemented critical expansion programs, and significantly enhanced its manufacturing capabilities and capacities.

Mr. Kabir Ghumman

Managing Director

Mr. Kabir Ghumman (DIN: 01294801) serves as the Managing Director of the Company, bringing with him extensive expertise and dedication to mechanical engineering and manufacturing operations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, underscoring his strong technical foundation and qualifications.

As a key leader, Mr. Kabir oversees all technical and process engineering activities at the manufacturing unit, ensuring seamless operations and continuous optimization. His valuable experience in machinery design and process optimization has enabled him to develop an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.

For the past 15 years, Mr. Kabir has been fully involved in mechanical engineering aspects at the plant, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence. His contributions have played a vital role in the Company's impressive growth and expansion during this period.

Mr. Sumer Ghumman

Whole Time Director

Mr. Sumer Ghumman (DIN: 00705941) serves as the Whole Time Director of the Company, bringing over 15 years of invaluable experience in the metal industry.

A graduate in Accounting & Finance, Mr. Sumer possesses a strong background in Corporate Strategy, Governance, Finance, Regulatory/Legal affairs, and Risk Management. His versatile expertise has been instrumental in driving the Company’s growth and strategic initiatives.

As a visionary leader, Mr. Sumer played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding ‘Shivalik Engineered Products Private Ltd.’ (SEPPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd. Through his dedicated efforts, SEPPL has grown into a successful venture, reinforcing the Company’s position in the industry.

With his forward-thinking mindset and commitment to excellence, Mr. Sumer continues to contribute significantly to the Company’s success and overall development.

Mr. Gurmeet Singh Gill

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Gurmeet Singh Gill (DIN: 00007393) has been a valued Non-Executive Director of the Company since 1998, contributing over two decades of dedicated service.

Mr. Nand Parkash Sahni

Mr. Sudhir Mehra

Mr. Mehra has served as Finance Consultant with Alchem International Pvt. Ltd. for 17 years, showcasing his capability in financial strategy and consultancy. Additionally, he holds extensive experience as Country Head of Sales and Marketing for SBI Cards, a joint venture with GE Capital, reflecting his leadership and strategic marketing acumen.

Academically, Mr. Mehra graduated with Honours in History, holds a postgraduate degree in English, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. His qualifications underline his diverse intellectual foundation and professional specialization.

His tenure as an Independent Director on the Board of TVTN (AAJ Tak) and his ongoing role on the Board of Asian Venture Philanthropy Network India Foundation highlight his engagement in governance, strategy, and philanthropy. Captain Swarnjit Singh

Captain Swarnjit Singh (DIN: 07409567) is a distinguished veteran of the aviation sector with an impressive career spanning over 50 years. His expertise encompasses various critical roles, including commander, trainer, instructor, examiner, incident investigator, and pilot counselor.

Captain Singh commenced his journey in aviation with Indian Airlines in 1973 as a commercial pilot. In 1989, he joined Malaysian Airlines as a commander, followed by a move to Singapore Airlines in 1995. His contributions were pivotal in establishing the early flight operations of Indigo from 2010 to 2014, showcasing his leadership and operational excellence.

Since 2015, Captain Singh has served as an advisor to the board of several innovative technology companies, including Eirene Systems. His diverse experience, combined with his exposure to living in four different countries, has provided him with vast technical expertise and cultural insights.

Ms. Anu Ahluwalia

Ms. Anu Ahluwalia (DIN: 07254059) is a seasoned educationist and dedicated social worker with over three decades of impactful experience.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Rajasthan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Annamalai University, showcasing her strong academic credentials. Ms. Ahluwalia has worked tirelessly to uplift her community, focusing on the betterment of people and infrastructure through awareness initiatives and direct engagement with the local populace.

Her commitment to social welfare is reflected in her active involvement as a member of the Army Women Welfare Association at various levels from 1984 to 2008. Mrs. Goyal possesses expertise in managerial functions, including resource management and allocation, which has played a pivotal role in her career. Additionally, she has professional experience as a Software Engineer with Accenture, Mumbai, showcasing her versatility and technical acumen.
